  • Rotary Rack Bakery Ovens are practical and economic ovens equipped with an indirect heating, forced air circulation and steam system, providing best baking conditions for bakery products.

  • These series reach baking temperature in a short span of time thanks to their superior heating performance, and are designed such that they never cause performance compromises even in case of serial loading.

 

  • The bottom driver system reduces loads on side walls and ceiling of the oven ensuring a low maintenance and more durable operating system.

  • Racks are automatically centred and locked by means of a ball with pre-stressed springs mounted on a rotary table with bottom drivers, which in turn ensure smooth rotation of rack.
