Our DSM520 is the free-standing pastry sheeter designed for optimal performance and longevity. Equipped with pre-set roller thickness controls ranging from 1 - 40 mm. The unit has folding tables which allow for compact storage and the it is powered by a regular 10 Amp 240V plug. It has a large dough capacity of 5kg and the food grade conveyor belt is 520mm wide.

 

Internal mechanisms lock the rollers in position with no ratchets to wear down. Our sheeter is constructed from stainless steel with aluminium components which are easy to remove for cleaning.
